Gladstone Ports Corporation’s Botanic to Bridge is a family affair - Mum, Dad, Grandpa, Grandma, the kids, the cousins, Aunties and Uncles, everyone can participate!

Over the past five years, thousands of local families have done just that, embracing healthy activity and taking part in the 3km and 8km events.

Bupa Gladstone Project Manager, Ellie Hayman said that families can make a very positive difference to their lives by signing up to participate in active events such as Botanic to Bridge.

“It is so vital to lead by example and teach our kids about the benefits of a healthy and active lifestyle, especially during their formative years.

“Fun runs are a great way to spend time together while practicing healthy habits,” Ms Hayman said.

“Bupa are committed to helping the Gladstone community to lead longer, healthier, happier lives, which is why we support events like Botanic to Bridge.”

All participant entry fees from the event are directed back to the community, to either the major beneficiary or to local schools throughout the Gladstone region - just another reason to be a part of this fantastic community fundraising event.

Registrations close at 8pm on Thursday 14th August, so if you are yet to sign up, run along and register today at www.botanictobridge.com.au
